zaynenair.com: a personal site with a scroll-led hero
A personal site for fractional product leadership. The hero follows the scroll: name the problem, keep strategy and build together, then launch and scale.

Fractional product leadership lives on zaynenair.com. Studio delivery — websites, apps, automations and training — stays with ROQ CX. The personal site has to introduce the person and the work without becoming a second brochure.
The challenge
The first screen has to say who the work is for, and it has to keep going as someone scrolls. A static poster would flatten a practice that moves from the problem, through the build, to what ships.
What we built
The hero is one pinned screen. Scrolling moves it. The sequence is:
- Discover. Name the problem that can pay, starting from the customer, the revenue and the constraint that decides the first version.
- Shape and build. Strategy and build stay together. Product decisions and execution happen in one loop.
- Ship. Launch, then scale what earns.
The stages are labelled Discover, Shape, Build and Ship. The picture is drawn on a canvas and follows the scroll, so the motion is part of the reading.
Outcome
The site is live at zaynenair.com. It is the personal practice. ROQ CX remains the studio.
