ROQ CX

Reduce repetitive work without losing control.

We look at the copying, chasing and re-entering between the tools you already use, then automate the parts that are worth it, with a person still able to stop, edit or approve.

Who it’s for

“For teams that already have a handful of tools, and a few people quietly pasting between them. You do not need a named AI project to start.

If this sounds familiar

  • 1Customer questions wait while someone searches for the answer.
  • 2The same details are typed into more than one system.
  • 3Follow-ups depend on who remembers to send them.
  • 4A chat tool is in use, but there is no shared way of working.

What you get

  1. A workflow that moves a defined piece of work from one step to the next.
  2. Connections to the systems that already hold the information.
  3. AI-assisted drafting, sorting or extraction where that is the useful part.
  4. An approval point, and a note of who operates it after launch.

How an engagement runs

  1. 1

    Name the work

We follow one real workflow. What starts it, who touches it, and where it gets stuck.

  2. 2

    Choose the intervention

Sometimes that is an automation. Sometimes it is a clearer handoff with no model in it. We say which, and why.

  3. 3

    Build the bounded version

We connect the systems we agreed, and we limit what the automation can see and do.

  4. 4

    Hand it over

You get the operating notes: what it can access, where a person approves, and who owns it.

What we agree up front

  • An agent is not the default. We use one when a person would otherwise repeat the same judgement.
  • Ongoing oversight is part of the engagement only if we agree it.
  • We name the specific tools in the proposal, after we have seen how you use them.
  • We quote once we understand the work, and confirm the fee before anything is paid.

Questions

Will this replace someone on the team?

The aim is to take repetitive steps out of a job, not to announce a headcount change. We say which steps stay with a person.

Can it send messages to customers on its own?

Only if we explicitly agree that, and only for the cases we define. Otherwise it prepares a draft and waits.

What’s taking too much time?

Tell us where things get stuck. We’ll say whether a build, an automation or a training session makes sense.
